Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained according to Mondelez’s guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
6. Adhere to daily schedules for efficient in-store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Represent Mondelez positively and enthusiastically in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Retail or grocery experience preferred.
• Reside within 25 miles of Rockport, TX or Aransas Pass, TX.
• Schedule availability: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays; starting at 3 am; 15-24 hours/week.
