We are seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to join our team. In this role, you will fulfill merchandising needs by communicating effectively, building relationships, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. You will represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits as per Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelez’s guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelez management.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

• Hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.50 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Eden Prairie, MN; secondary location in Shakopee, MN.
• Availability Thursday to Saturday.
