Job Description

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in stores.

What You Can Expect

• Hourly rate: $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience

Candidate Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive and travel to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to use work-related applications on personal devices
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, moving products, and stocking shelves
• Retail/grocery experience preferred
• Reside within 25 miles of Weaverville, NC or secondary locations in NC
• Availability: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
