Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelez management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation ranges from $14.00 to $15.00 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Have a positive, professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device.
• Able to perform physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs, including moving products and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Yankton, SD or secondary location Vermillion, SD.
• Availability required: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and one weekend day; start times between 5-9 am; 10-20 hours per week.
