Join us to apply for the Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser role at Mondelēz International.

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including taking pictures of displays.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Ideal candidate:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Self-motivated, professional, and positive attitude.
• Ability to drive and use work-related apps on personal devices.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Truth or Consequences, NM.
• Available to work Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, starting early mornings, 20-25 hours/week.
