Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International.

Become a part-time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.

Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

Ensure leading brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others, are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’s guidelines.

Follow the negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’s management team.

Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.

Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device
• Capable of performing physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Big Spring, TX or Snyder, TX
• Availability: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday; start by 7:30 am; 20-25 hours/week
