Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
• Adhere to daily schedules set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Comfortable downloading and using work apps on personal devices.
• Capable of performing physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling over 50 lbs, and moving products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Toledo, OH, with availability on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
