Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained as per guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and use work-related applications.
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of primary location in Slidell, LA, or secondary locations including Picayune, Mandeville, Abita Springs, Bogalusa.
• Availability on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, starting at 7 am for 15 hours per week.
