Job Description

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International.

As a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you will fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.

• Ensure brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed

• Ability to use work-related applications on personal devices

• Capable of performing physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs

• Retail/grocery experience is a plus

• Live within 25 miles of Sequim, WA; secondary locations include Port Townsend and Port Orchard, WA

• Availability: 12 hours a week with open scheduling
