Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Expectations from Us

• Hourly compensation ranges from $14.00 to $17.00 based on experience.

Who is a Good Fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Self-motivated, positive, professional, and able to work independently.
• Able to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursed.
• Capable of downloading and using work-related applications on personal devices.
• Able to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs., pushing and pulling over 50 lbs., and moving products physically within the store environment.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of North Sarasota, FL, or West Bradenton, FL.
• Availability required on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
