Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to use work-related applications on your device
• Capable of physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Sacramento, CA or Woodland, CA
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
