Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs., pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.).
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Hillsboro, OR, with secondary locations in Portland, OR, Cornelius, OR, and Forest Grove, OR.
• Availability including weekends and holidays.
