Job Description

Become a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and meet the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Able to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (reimbursed mileage).
• Capable of performing physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional over 50 lbs, bending, and moving products.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of North Phoenix, AZ, or North Glendale, AZ.
• Availability includes weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
