Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.

• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelez’ guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.

• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to store locations with mileage reimbursement.

• Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal devices.

• Capable of performing physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs. repeatedly, bending, and carrying up to 50 lbs., including moving products on and off shelves.

• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25 miles of Federal Way, WA, with secondary locations in Kent, WA.

• Open availability, including weekends, with schedules that may change.
