Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.
• Ensure plans negotiated with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

• Hourly compensation rate of $15.50

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Possess a positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device
• Capable of performing physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing, and pulling over 50 lbs, and moving products in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of North Olmsted, OH, with secondary locations in Westlake, Bay Village, and Rocky River, OH
• Availability required on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
