Join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other snacks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits, capture pictures of displays, and ensure brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following company guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while in stores.

• Hourly rate: $16.35 - $17.00 based on experience

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive and use work-related applications on personal devices.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Waterford, CT or Groton, CT.
• Availability to work varied schedules, including weekends.
