Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez’s guidelines.
4. Follow plans negotiated with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelez management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Expectations

• Hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience

Ideal Candidate

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Able to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Capable of downloading work-related applications on personal devices
• Able to perform physical activities like lifting (up to 25 lbs.), bending, and moving products (up to 50 lbs.)
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Monroe, NC or Fort Mill, SC
• Availability on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
