Job Description

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International.

As a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you will fulfill merchandising needs by communicating effectively, building relationships, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in stores, working with in-store employees and sales representatives to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.

• Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including taking pictures of displays.

• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.

• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive and use work-related apps on personal devices.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Lewisville, TX, with secondary locations in Carrollton, Coppell, Flower Mound.
• Availability on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, starting by 7 am, for 16-24 hours per week.
