Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

• Hourly compensation ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Someone with a positive, professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device.
• Ability to perform physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs, including moving products and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Austell, GA, with secondary locations in Mableton, GA, and Smyrna, GA.
• Availability required on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
