Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’s guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle and perform physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs. and moving products.
• Experience in retail or grocery is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Portage, MI, or Kalamazoo, MI.
• Availability Thursday-Sunday.
