Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.

• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’s guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and product launches.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation from $15.00 to $17.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various locations (mileage reimbursed)

• Ability to use work-related applications on personal devices

• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasional pushing/pulling over 50 lbs

• Retail/grocery experience is a plus

• Reside within 25 miles of Jerseyville, IL

• Secondary locations: Florissant, Godfrey, Alton, Granite City, IL

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
