Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez’s guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation ranging from $15.00 to $17.00, based on experience.

• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).

• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, and stocking shelves, with specified weight limits.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Jerseyville, IL, with availability on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
