Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Expectations

• Hourly compensation from $14.00 to $17.00 based on experience.
• Benefits include 401K, mileage reimbursement, health programs, employee assistance, internet reimbursement, safety equipment.
• Must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle, download work apps, and perform physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Hialeah, FL, with availability on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.
