Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per company guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Capable of driving to various store locations and using work applications on personal devices.
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, and moving products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Hackettstown, NJ, with secondary locations in Chester and Sparta, NJ.
• Availability: Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu, some Fri.
