Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.

2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

3. Ensure leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelez’s guidelines.

4. Follow the negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.

5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.

6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

7. Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

8. Expectations from us include hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $15.00 based on experience, along with benefits like 401K, mileage reimbursement, health programs, and career growth opportunities.

9. Qualifications include being at least 18, possessing a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, having a positive and professional attitude, ability to drive personal vehicle, use work apps, perform physical activities, and possibly previous retail experience.

10. Live within 25 miles of Owasso, OK, with availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, starting early in the morning for 20-25 hours per week.
