Job Description Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per company guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation from $15.00 to $17.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal devices
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Jerseyville, IL, with secondary locations in Florissant, Godfrey, Alton, and Granite City, IL
• Availability on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday
