Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International!

We are seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to fulfill merchandising needs by communicating and building relationships, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’s guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Capable of performing physical activities like lifting, bending, and stocking up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Placerville, California
• Open availability including weekends, 15-25 hours per week
