Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Follow the daily schedule to ensure efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and use work applications on personal device
• Able to perform physical activities such as lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, and moving products (occasionally over 50 lbs)
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Vacaville, CA, with secondary locations in Fairfield and Dixon, CA
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
