Job Description

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits as per Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing over 50 lbs)
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Evansville, KY or secondary location in Newburgh, KY
• Availability on weekdays and weekends
