Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of part-time merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.
4. Follow the negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelez management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs repeatedly, and pushing or pulling over 50 lbs, including physically moving products.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Estes Park, CO.
• Availability required on Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 7 am, for 10-15 hours per week.
