Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.

• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez management.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).

• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device.

• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs, including moving products and stocking shelves.

• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25 miles of Corsicana, TX; secondary location: Ennis, TX.

• Schedule availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday; starting at 6 am; 15 hours per week.
