Job Description

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits as per Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Able to drive personal vehicle to store locations
• Comfortable with using work apps on personal devices
• Capable of physical tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Jasper, GA, or Ellijay, GA
• Availability on Tuesdays, Fridays, and one weekend day
