Job Description

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz positively and enthusiastically in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Comfortable downloading and using work-related applications on your device.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Easton, MD, or secondary locations in MD.
• Availability for scheduled days including weekends.
