Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Adhere to daily schedules set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

• Hourly rate from $13.50 to $15.50 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to use work-related applications on personal device
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Dublin, OH or Westerville, OH
• Availability required: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
