Job Description

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International. As a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you will fulfill merchandising needs by communicating and building relationships, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. You will represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelēz to in-store employees and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Adhere to daily schedules set by the merchandising manager.
6. Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 18 years old with valid driver’s license or ID and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Able to drive personal vehicle and use work apps on personal device
• Capable of physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional over 50 lbs, and moving products
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Dayton, OH, or secondary locations in OH
• Availability on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays
