Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits following Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez.

• Hourly rate from $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience

Who is a Good Fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal devices.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Dacula, GA, with secondary locations in Lawrenceville, GA, and Duluth, GA.
• Availability required on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
