Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks. Fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.

• Conduct in-store visits as per Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including taking pictures of displays.

• Ensure leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit are well represented, stocked, and maintained following company guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.

• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Expected from us:

Ideal candidate:

• At least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently

• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various locations (reimbursed mileage)

• Comfort downloading and using work apps on personal devices

• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, moving products in stores

• Retail/grocery experience is a plus

• Reside within 25 miles of Fraser, CO or Granby, CO

• Availability: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Sundays; starting at 8 am; 12-18 hours/week
