Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.
4. Ensure plans negotiated with store managers are being followed and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your device.
• Capable of performing physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs. repeatedly, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs., including moving products in stores.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Laramie, WY; secondary location Cheyenne, WY.
• Availability required: Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday; starting by 7 am; 15-25 hours/week.
