Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’ guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelez management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Possess a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs, moving products, and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Carbondale, IL, with secondary locations in Marion, Murphysboro, Benton, and Vernon.
• Availability required on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
