Job Description

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Capable of driving personal vehicle and using work apps on personal device.
• Able to perform physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Boynton Beach, FL, with availability on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun.
