Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.
4. Ensure sales plans negotiated with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez’s management team.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation rate of $13.00 to $15.00 based on relevant experience

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Possess a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs, including physically moving products from stockrooms to store shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of primary location Bloomington, IN.
• Secondary locations include Spencer, IN and Martinsville, IN.
• Availability required on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.
