• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring food is attractive and tasty.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat, stores or discards excess food per safety standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers and managers.
• Ensures proper HACCP standards and safe food handling.
