Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, including intake, history, and education.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging and procedures.
• Assist with procedures, including setup, sterile technique, and specimen handling.
• Perform sonographic imaging as needed to support workflows.
• Support patient flow, scheduling, and care coordination.

Skills

Proficiency with ultrasound equipment

Basic knowledge of patient care equipment

Familiarity with McKesson PACS

Familiarity with Epic EMR

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Ultrasound/Sonography

Registry eligible through ARDMS
