This opportunity entails being responsible for the creation, editing, and final design of a variety of multimedia content, including photography, videography, social media content, and additional graphics content as needed. Interfaces and collaborates with interdisciplinary multimedia and creative staff to provide visuals for project pursuits, internal and external marketing, and client deliverables.

What You'll Do:

• Creates graphic designs, information graphics, user interface designs, motion graphics, and basic front-end web designs that ensure ease of navigation and clearly communicates abstract concepts.
• Designs a variety of multimedia content for projects from videos, photos, audio, and clip art using software applications, techniques, and tools.
• Plays an active role in all aspects of the creative team design process including identifying user needs, requirement definitions, and storyboarding.
• Interfaces with an interdisciplinary multimedia development staff, including close development work with content development staff.
• Helps with taking all forms of photography and video.
• Creates 3D models, textures, and materials for virtual environments and graphic design.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Associate degree in Visual Communications, Art, Graphic Design, or related field, or
• In lieu of education, 2 years relevant experience preferably in transportation, engineering, architecture, or multimedia industry.

What You'll Bring:

• Using multimedia design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Frame.io, presentation software, C4D, SketchUp, 3D or BIM software, and other assets creation software) at a basic or intermediate level to produce multimedia content.
• Using an artistic eye towards composition with videography, photography, and/or production.
• Using PC at a basic level.
• Proficiency with photography and videography equipment.
• Working in a team setting to storyboard and identify assets needed to deliver the end products.
• Minor travel as needed.

What We Prefer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Art, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Previous experience in infrastructure work.
