Job summary

Millennium Health and Fitness is seeking reliable Sports Officials / Referees to officiate recreational and competitive games in soccer, flag football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, and softball at Travis AFB, CA. Part-time/seasonal/contract work with pay per game and evening/weekend scheduling.

No prior officiating experience is required; training and certification assistance are available to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of one or more of the following sports: baseball, softball, soccer, flag football, volleyball, or basketball.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Reliability and professionalism required; training available for officiating as needed.

Responsibilities

• Officiate games for baseball, softball, soccer, flag football, volleyball, and/or basketball.
• Enforce league rules and safety guidelines.
• Maintain control of the game and communicate clearly with players, coaches, and staff.
• Arrive on time and prepared for assigned games.
• Inspect game areas, equipment, and player readiness before play begins.
• Make fair and consistent calls during gameplay.
• Report game scores, incidents, injuries, or rule issues as required.
• Help create a positive, respectful, and sportsmanlike environment.
