Required skills and experience include:

• Broad knowledge and hands-on experience in trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, tile, flooring, electrical.
• Proper equipment knowledge—knowing which tools are needed for specific tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to analyze and resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent communication skills with management, colleagues, customers, suppliers, and property managers.
• Presentable appearance: clean-cut, organized work vehicle, organized tools.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of full-time experience in the construction industry in one of the trades.
• Reside in the Illinois Fox Valley area from Elgin south to Aurora.
