Job summary

Woodward Tahoe in the Sierra Nevada is seeking a part-time Snow Removal Equipment Operator to keep roads, parking lots, and walkways clear for guests and staff. You’ll operate loaders, plow trucks, and other heavy machinery during early mornings or storms, prioritizing safety and reliability in a mountain setting.

The role offers starting pay of $20–$25 per hour (DOE) with health insurance options, a free season pass to Boreal, Soda Springs, and POWDR resorts, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery in winter or snow removal environments.
• Must be 18 or older, valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Able to work outdoors in cold, snowy, icy conditions.
• Willing to work overnight or early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders, plow trucks, skid steers, and other snow removal equipment.
• Clear snow from roads, parking lots, walkways, and resort infrastructure.
• Maintain equipment with regular checks, fueling, and reporting needs.
• Work early mornings, nights, weekends, and during active storms.
• Follow safety procedures in high-traffic or guest-facing areas.
• Support other departments with equipment needs as necessary.
