The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Range Aid for its Motorcycle Safety program in conjunction with CSN.

Duties include motorcycle handling, inspections, range setup, and demonstrations under a certified coach, with responsibility to follow MSF and CSN standards. Qualified candidates will assist with basic maintenance, fueling, and range organization while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain or have a current first aid and CPR certification.
• Must have or be able to obtain M endorsement on a Nevada Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Motorcycle Rider Coaches by moving, gassing, inspecting, and minor repairs to motorcycles.
• Set range exercises and riding demonstrations according to MSF curriculum and CSN policies.
• Conduct pre-use inspections of motorcycles used in classes and address issues for CSN motorcycles.
• Fuel CSN provided motorcycles and learn range preparation and marking processes.
• May assist Rider Coach with student paperwork, but cannot sign reports.
• Conduct oneself according to MSF, Nevada Rider's, and CSN professional standards; no coaching to students during range activities.
