Job summary

ESFM is seeking a part-time janitor in Shepherdsville, KY. The shift runs Monday–Friday from 4:00 am to 9:00 am. A minimum of 1 year janitorial experience is required.

The role focuses on cleaning floors, walls, and general areas, following approved procedures to maintain a safe, orderly environment. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour, with full benefits for associates. Applicants should be prepared to perform routine cleaning duties, operate cleaning equipment, and follow infection

Qualifications

• 1 year of janitorial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with cleaning materials and equipment; sanitize surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment.
