Vista Prairie Communities' Ridgeway Assisted Living and Memory Care in New Ulm, MN is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect. The role includes bathing, dressing, mobility support, medication assistance, and building meaningful relationships with residents.

We offer part-time AM shifts (6AM-2:30PM), competitive pay ($19.19-$22.25/hour) with shift differentials and sign-on bonuses, along with Paid Time Off, 401k, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer or assist with medications according to care plans and training.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful moments with residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to appropriate staff.
